R-plate drivers getting into trouble or crashes will be the subject of a query to the Home Affairs Minister Jayne Poole-Wilson.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse has asked a question for written reply on the topic.
He wants to know how many recently-passed motorists have been stopped by police over the last three years.
And he's also asked how many of them have been involved in accidents.
