Radio 4 stand-up to perform at Gaiety

Popular stand-up comic Mark Steel will have an episode of his BBC Radio 4 show broadcast live from the Gaiety Theatre.

The DCCL has confirmed the show will take place on December 27 and will go live from 6.30pm.

Steel performed live to a full house at the Gaiety in October this year.

His shows are renowned for focusing on the quirks of the area he’s performing to, meaning the entire show on Radio 4 will feature his unique brand of comedy applied to the quirks of life in the Isle of Man.

Tickets are available from the Villa-Gaiety box office.
