The Treasury Minister has conceded that government's four year rebalancing plan that underpins the 2012 budget will be subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances.
The plan will see the government's finances back on track by 2014/15 with a total of £92m to have been taken from their reserve pot.
However, Minister Teare has said this plan will be subject to change unless the economic climate remains relatively stable between now and then.
Speaking to 3FM he said it's impossible to predict what will happen over the next 4 years.
