A record number of motorbikes were brought over for this year’s Festival of Motorcycling.
More than 3,000 bikes were brought over by ferry– the highest number on record and up 15 per cent on last year.
The number of passengers also hit a five-year high with 28,360 people coming to the Island.
Government has conducted a study into the economic success of the event which will be released in due course.
