    Regulators moved to cut government costs

    Two government regulators are being housed together to cut costs. 

    The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has been handed responsibility for the Office of Fair Trading and the Road Transport Licencing Committee.
     
    Staff will relocate to DEFA headquarters on April 1st as part of measures to align 'similarly intended offices together' and achieve savings. 
     
    Minister Richard Ronan explains why the move makes perfect sense:
