    Release land or economy will stall says Minister

    Investors are complaining that there isn't enough land available to develop for employment purposes on the Island.

    It's a particular problem in the east with evidence showing land supply will dry up in three years if the current-take up is maintained and new sites are not released. 
     
    As a result government is now asking landowners and developers to suggest areas which could be released under Development Orders. 
     
    Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne says we can't afford to let investment and growth stall:
