A Colby man has been remanded in custody over domestic abuse allegations.
50 year old Alexander Kennedy of Main Road hasn't yet entered any pleas.
The court heard the allegations are said to have taken place over the course of 18 months.
A bail application was refused and he was remanded to the prison until his next appearance on August 15.
