Renowned Manx chef looks to inspire young hopefuls

A globetrotting Manx chef who is returning to the Island this weekend says he hopes he can inspire young people to believe the world is "their oyster".

Ballabeg man Colin Clague is currently living and working in Dubai as an executive chef - he'll be the guest of honour at the Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival.

He trained at the college and says he hopes his story will inspire others:

Colin will showcase his skills in numerous cookery demonstrations across the two-day event - he has high praise for the local produce on offer:
