Plans to reform the structure of government to make it smaller and simpler have been passed.
It follows a lengthy four hour debate in Tynwald yesterday.
Chief Minister Allan Bell took the plans forward in an attempt to modernise government and streamline and strengthen policy coordination.
Among the changes are the merger of the departments of Health and Social Care and the creation of a Cabinet Office.
Mr Bell says the changes will come into effect from April:
