Police are urging people to make sure their dogs are under control, after a rise in the number of attacks.
On Facebook, officers say they've seen an increase in the number of reports of dogs biting people or other dogs.
They say people should make sure they take appropriate measures to control their dogs and keep others safe.
And they point out courts can order animals be put down and owners can be banned from keeping pets in future.
