One of the Island's largest schools is looking for a new headteacher - who could earn up to £99,000 a year.
The Department of Education and Children has advertised the top job at St Ninian's High School in Douglas.
Its current head, Andrew Fox, was appointed in 2009.
In the advert the department says the job - which pays between £85,000 and £99,000 a year - involves building on strengths, leading staff effectively and fostering positive relationships.
