    Services unite to help vulnerable people

    More than 15 local services were on hand yesterday to offer help and support to vulnerable members of the community. 

    The open day was organised by the Prison and Probation Service - it invited the charities and organisations which could help people it refers. 
     
    Victim Support, Samaritans, Graih, Prison Works and the Salvation Army were among those offering help, advice and information - especially for the Christmas period when times can be tough. 
     
    Head of community rehabilitation Geraldine Martin says people don't always know the full extent of the services on offer:
