A medical centre in Douglas is seeing delays in appointments because of staff sickness.
Manx Care says Snaefell Surgery on Cushag Road is experiencing problems today.
As a result, you may have problems making appointments or contacting the surgery.
It's asking patients to avoid making contact if possible, or call Primary Care Services on 642694.
