A 'sinkhole' has forced a public footpath on Island to close.
The Chasms has been shut until further notice, with Manx National Heritage describing the hole as 'two metres deep'.
Although It says it could become much deeper - and the public are being advised to use an alternative route.
MNH says structural surveys will now be undertaken, before a decision is made on how to restore access to the route.
