The Department of Infrastructure says it's had just six complaints about the standards of its housing in five years - and three of those were from the same person.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many complaints it had received about the standards of its social or public sector housing since 2020.
In response the DOI said although it got complaints about tenancy management, contractors performance and communication, it had only had six about standards.
And it added three were from the same tenant about mould, damp, condensation, and cold.
