An energy efficiency scheme for Manx homes, due last month, will now be introduced next year.
The government has listed the scheme under its climate change projects in the Island Plan.
In a quarterly update issued this week, it says the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture planned to launch a new scheme to make homes more energy efficient in October.
However, it's now put back its target date to April 2026.
