Six people rushed to hospital after RTC

Six people have been rushed to Noble's Hospital following a two vehicle collision.

A van and a car collided on the St. John's to Foxdale road just over an hour ago - causing a variety of injuries to those involved; including some deemed to be serious.

An AirMed helicopter has been deployed to the scene, where police are currently trying to piece together what has happened.

The road has been closed from The Hope to Mines Road until further notice - motorists are also being asked to avoid the Lhoobs Road closure due to heavy congestion in the area.
