Southern 100 course clerk receives MBE

Phil Taubman, who's from Castletown, has been given an MBE for his services to the community and motorsport.

 

He's been involved in the racing around the Billown Circuit since 1955 and helped build a replica World War I trench in Castletown Civic Centre to commemorate the Great War.
