Southland's Care Home Shut Due To Norovirus Outbreak

The facility is shut to visitors whilst the staff deals with the outbreak.

The Southland’s Care Home in Port St Mary has been closed this weekend due to an outbreak of the Norovirus.

The facility is shut to visitors whilst the staff deals with the outbreak.

Throughout the closure the Age Concern computer sessions will take place at the Rushen Primary School.

Members of the public are reminded that if they have the symptoms they should only contact their GP by telephone and keep themselves isolated to stop the spread.
