Sir Norman Wouldn\'t Let Go Of Her Majesty\'s Hand - Says Speaker Steve Rodan
Among the countless numbers of people with fond memories of their encounters with Sir Norman Wisdom is Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan.
Back when The Queen visited the Isle of Man for Tynwald Day in 2003 the MHK had the task of introducing her to some of the gathered locals.
Waiting at the end of the line was Sir Norman, who upon taking hold of her hand went against the strict protocals in place and seemingly refused to let go.
Whereas normally a response like this would be a cause for concern, the Speaker of the House said in typical fashion he had everyone laughing.
