    Steam Packet Chair doesn't want questions asked about the company in House of Keys

    Politicians used yesterday's House of Keys sitting to delve into a recent letter from the Steam Packet Chairman - who was urging Government to step back and allow them to do their jobs.

    In the letter to Tynwald, Lars Ugland asked them to keep at arms length, and discouraged MHK's from asking Steam Packet related questions during the sittings.

    This didn't deter MHK Chris Thomas who had three questions concerning the Steam Packet in yesterdays sitting.

    He asked why should the Manx Public accept that the only person holding the Steam Packet to account, is now one politician, behind closed doors:
