More racial diversity to be introduced into the school curriculum next year.
The announcement comes after a survey revealed some youngsters are experiencing or witnessing racism on a regular basis.
About 40% of respondents said it was a problem, while 32% said racial diversity was welcomed on the Isle of Man.
The government survey collected responses from more than 600 people in December last year.
A majority (64%) felt the curriculum should reflect greater racial diversity.
The move follows a review into how race and discrimination issues are taught in Manx schools.
