Island students are launching a campaign this week to combat anxiety and stress.
It'll take place at the College this Wednesday between 11am-12.30pm and Friday from 12 - 1pm.
All students will be welcome, with leaflets, posters, and a presentation on the days.
The aim of the campaign is to improve mental health of those who suffer from anxiety and/or stress and currently attend UCM.
The actual event is not hosted by the college, but three healthcare students - Alex Cooke, Kerry Christian and Nyah Harris.
