    'Tell us once' says Gov as it eyes personal detail database

    Creating a single database to store people's personal details would ensure a 'tell us once' approach. 

    That's the view of the Policy and Reform Minister who will ask Tynwald to approve a feasibility study into the idea of a new single resident record: 

    Government currently has 60 databases and over 200 separate systems that store basic personal information.
