The Manx Industrial Relations Service says last year the Isle of Man saw just two days of strikes.
The organisation independently promotes good relations between managers and their workers.
Its annual report, which is due to be laid before Tynwald next month, says in the 12 months to the end of March 2024, two days were lost due to strike action.
Another two days of planned action were called off - and there were no employer lock-outs in the same period.
