Estate agent Cowley Groves has announced all residential apartments at a former nurses home in Douglas are now occupied.
The Thie Clag apartments on Westmoreland Road have recently been renovated, after standing derelict for over 10 years.
The agent says 73% of the apartments have been rented to key workers and one in four of its new tenants relocated to the Island in 2025.
The business adds the new flats have fulfilled the goal for attracting returning graduates and young talent to the Island.
