Travellers to America and Canada urged to get MMR jab

People travelling from the Isle of Man to America are being urged to get a measles vaccination.

It's after two outbreaks in Canada - one in Quebec and one in Ontario - and 17 outbreaks in states across America.

There is also an on-going outbreak in Brazil.

The Department of Health and Social Care says people need to check their vaccination status to ensure they've had the MMR jab.
