The Treasury Minister says people outside of Douglas should use the Post Office cash services more.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper asked Dr Alex Allinson if he will support people outside of Douglas where banks have shut down.
Dr Allinson says that the post office in towns offers a service such as cash withdrawals and deposits.
He says he would like to see more people use these services:
