Tributes paid to long-serving police surgeon

Police have dipped their flags today in memory of a police surgeon who served with the constabulary for half a century.

Dr Philip Christian died on Sunday.

Today, police stations around the Isle of Man are flying their flags at half-mast as a mark of respect.

Chief Constable Gary Roberts described Dr Christian as "a wonderful man and a great public servant".
