Tynwald members will vote on revised minimum wage plans when they sit later next week.
The proposal wants to increase the minimum wage to £12.25p an hour from April.
This week the Treasury and Enterprise Ministers scrapped plans for a further increase to £13.05p in October after speaking to businesses.
Tynwald sits Tuesday from 10am in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
