    Tynwald set for June sitting

Tynwald sits this morning, with TV licences for older people firmly on the agenda.

Three members of parliament have questions on the subject after the BBC announced it would scrap free licences for the over-75s.

Also up for discussion during June's sitting are the Island's minimum wage, a call for the government to respond to a worldwide climate emergency, and how the government's spent its Brexit funding.

There'll also be a question from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse about levels of knife crime on the Island.
