The Island's college says it's scrapping classes at the Nunnery and moving them elsewhere.
In an announcement on its website earlier, University College Isle of Man said it would shift any affected courses to other campuses.
Principal Jesamine Kelly says the moves will mean less travelling between sites and so reduce the carbon footprint of students and teaching staff.
The news comes after a review of UCM's campuses.
