A leading trade unionist has warned against mass job cuts in the civil service over the next four years.
Yesterday, the Treasury Minister confirmed in his Budget that more than 400 public service jobs would go by 2017.
Eddie Teare said the plan formed part of government's re-balancing plan with the current wage bill standing at £300 million.
