Legislating against vexatious complaints will plug the spill of taxpayer money:
That's according to the Treasury Minister who says it's impractical to make room for some individuals to bombard government with questions costing up to £400 a pop.
It follows a move for Freedom of Information on the Island - the Bill will be applicable to every department, local authority and public body by 2018.
