The government is still looking for public views on plans to modernise the Island rates system.
Proposals would involve rates being based on the size in square metres of all floors in a building with aerial views and software to make measurements initially.
The current structure involves using historical rent values using calculations on how much a property could've been rented for in 1969.
Anyone who wishes to submit their views should take part in the consultation on the government website before April 21.
