One of the Islands most unusual sporting events is happening this weekend.
The 61st Viking Longboat Races take place on Saturday, June 28 in Peel Bay.
The event celebrates the Isle of Man's Viking history, and sees teams competing in timed longboat races.
East Quay will close for the event from 11.30am until 6pm.
