Two visitors have had an unlucky start to the TT as their bikes were stolen before arriving on Island.
The Roads Policing Unit says the bikers arrived as foot passengers, after thieves took their motorcycles in Liverpool.
Merseyside Police are currently trying to reduce motorbike thefts before biker's head to the Island for the festival fortnight.
In 2017 22 bikes were stolen in Liverpool's City Centre in the build up to the racing festival.
