Walker rescued after falling on footpath

A walker was rescued yesterday after falling on a coastal footpath near Port Erin.

The coastguard was called out at 12.30pm after the man fell near to Aldrick.

Police, a community first responder and a paramedic helped to make him comfortable before taking him by stretcher to a waiting ambulance.
