Commissioners in the west of the Island are asking a landowner to clear a potentially dangerous weed from their land.
Michael Commissioners took to Facebook to issue the plea, posting a photo of disused land covered in common ragwort.
The board says cattle, horses and sheep can be poisoned by the weed, which needs clearing from the land.
In its post, the local authority says if the plant isn't removed, it'll ask the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to issue a notice for removal.
