Drivers are being urged to check their vehicles are ready for winter before hitting the road.
A new road safety campaign has been launched by the Department of Infrastructure to mark the end of British Summer Time.
It's aimed at encouraging people to carry out basic vehicle checks like making sure lights work, windows are demisted and tyres have tread and pressure.
Infrastructure MHK John Houghton says the department carried out a staff survey on using lights in foggy weather and found many people didn't know where they were:
