The Department of Infrastructure says work on dangerous trees at the side of the TT course continues today.
Peel Road is due to shut between Braddan Bridge and Ashlar Drive this evening.
The DOI says the route will close from 6pm until around 10pm while the work goes ahead.
Workers will be felling dead or dying trees that have caught Ash Die Back, which could fall into the road in future.
