Customer Services Advisor
Recruitment Works have an exciting role in for candidates who strive for customer
excellence, ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently in a welcoming and friendly way.
In this role you will provide an efficient and professional service to customers over the phone or
online, supporting customer queries, faults, and requests for service.
Ideally, Candidates have prior experience within a fast-paced office/call centre
environment for this position.
A passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer
focussed outcomes whilst having high levels of empathy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability
to translate the complex into more easily understood terms.
Well organised and methodical, driven to produce accurate and quality
work.
Self-motivated and driven to take responsibility for customer issues,
seeing them through to completion.
