Motorists have been warned to pay their outstanding parking tickets or risk having their vehicle towed.
The Department of Infrastructure is clamping down on those people that have multiple parking offences.
It has recently removed one car which had 100 outstanding tickets.
The department says drivers who don’t see the need for a tax disc or parking ticket could find their vehicle is not where they left it.
Vehicles are taken to the department’s secure compound where the owner must pay a release fee, clear all fines, and ensure it is taxed and insured before it will be released.
