Ramsey Town Chamber Of Commerce Chairman looks forward to phases 2 & 3
There's been a positive response to the first phase of a major regeneration project in Ramsey which is soon to be completed.
The project, which is part of the Isle of Man Town and Village Regeneration Scheme was to provide a facelift to the narrow alleyways, in turn improving pedestrian access between Parliament Street and the quayside and give additional parking.
Chris Blatcher chairman of the Ramsey Town Chamber Of Commerce said a lot has been learned in the early stages and the benefits are now there to be seen.
The planning application for the second phase of the Ramsey regeneration project is currently being assessed and Mr Blatcher added, pending the future funding, Government and private business will continue working together on continuing the regeneration:
